The Marshall White Foundation

Give Forever

Our purpose is to make a positive impact on the lives of those facing adversity, with a particular focus on supporting women affected by domestic violence, mental health challenges and homelessness.

Guided by three key pillars, our work centres on Home, helping provide access to shelter, food, education, empowerment and security; Community, supporting the people and places connected to our business across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula; and Giving, placing the Marshall White team at the heart of meaningful action.

Through initiatives such as an annual community day off for all team members, we are committed to creating opportunities for our people to give back, strengthen local connections and contribute to lasting, positive change.

Home

Supporting access to shelter, food, education, empowerment and security.

Community

Strengthening the communities we call home across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.

Giving

Placing giving at the heart of Marshall White, connecting our people with meaningful opportunities to give back through our annual Community Day and ongoing Foundation initiatives.

Marshall White Foundation

Founded in 2015, the Marshall White Foundation was born from a passion to making a difference in the lives of Melbourne’s most vulnerable.

Established with an initial $100,000 investment from Marshall White, the Foundation has since evolved into a self-sustaining force for good, dedicated to driving meaningful change through strategic charitable partnerships.

While closely aligned with Marshall White in raising awareness, the Foundation operates with complete independence, ensuring its governance and decision-making remain solely focused on its philanthropic mission. Its long-term vision is to build a perpetual corpus, an enduring financial foundation where earnings can be distributed in whole or in part to support those in need.

Since its inception, the Foundation’s corpus has grown to an impressive $4 million dollars enabling it to contribute over $750,000 to vital charitable initiatives. With a steadfast commitment to expanding its reach and impact, together with the ongoing financial support of the Marshall White group, the Marshall White Foundation continues to be a powerful force for positive change in the community.

Upcoming Inaugural Golf Day

On Monday 25 May 2026, from 7:00am, the Marshall White Foundation will host its inaugural Golf Day at The Metropolitan Golf Club, bringing together sponsors, partners and supporters for a day of connection, generosity and community impact.

The day will begin with a light breakfast before an 8:00am shotgun start, followed by a 1:00pm celebration with a three-course lunch and beverages.

With all places now sold out, the event reflects the incredible support surrounding the Foundation and its mission to assist individuals facing adversity across Melbourne.

Proceeds from the day will contribute towards charitable initiatives focused on domestic violence, mental health and homelessness

Thank you to our sponsors, auction item partners and supporters for their generous contribution.
