Founded in 2015, the Marshall White Foundation was born from a shared commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of Melbourne’s most vulnerable.

Launched with an initial $100,000 contribution from Marshall White, the Foundation has grown into an independent, self-sustaining force for good, guided by considered charitable partnerships and a long-term vision to create enduring community impact.

Today, the Foundation’s corpus has grown to $4 million, with more than $750,000 contributed to charitable initiatives. This continued growth supports the Foundation’s vision to grow our corpus to give forever, creating a lasting source of support for generations to come.

The Marshall White Foundation exists to make a positive impact on the lives of those facing adversity. Our charitable focus includes supporting women affected by domestic violence, people experiencing homelessness and those facing mental health challenges.

Our work is centred on helping provide the foundations of a safe and secure life, including access to shelter, food, education, empowerment and stability. We support the people and communities connected to Marshall White across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, while creating meaningful opportunities for our team to contribute their time, skills and support to causes that make a genuine difference.

Through initiatives such as our annual Community Day, we create opportunities for our people to give back, strengthen local connections and contribute to lasting, positive change.
