Marshall White Community
Community Update
Every September, Australians pause on R U OK? Day to spark life-changing conversations and check in with those around them. At Marshall White, we proudly support this important reminder that a simple question — “Are you okay?” — can make a real difference. Whether it’s a colleague, a friend, or a loved one, taking the time to connect, listen without judgment, and offer support can help someone feel seen, heard, and supported. Because sometimes, just being there is enough.
This R U OK? Day, on Thursday, September 12, we’re encouraging our team and community to reach out, start a conversation, and help build a culture where it’s always okay to say you’re not okay. Let’s connect, care, and change lives — one conversation at a time.

Our Commitment
Across our municipalities within Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, our team takes immense pride in fulfilling our social responsibility by directing our support towards charitable organisations, education, health, sports, and the environment - all with the aim of bringing about transformative changes in our communities.
We cultivate opportunities for engagement with numerous causes that are meaningful to us. This is done through sponsorships, donations, fundraising efforts, dedicating our time, and spreading awareness. Our actions are shaped by our belief that community support is a mutual relationship, where we give back to the communities that have given us so much.

Our Focus
Within each initiative, charity, or cause, Marshall White Community focuses on both ongoing and spotlight activity to ensure maximum support throughout each year. Currently, we are honoured to extend ongoing support to remarkable charities such as:
