At the heart of the Wine Climate Cabinet is the world's first automatic tempering system for the home. Developed by Gaggenau's design and engineering teams, the intelligent technology automatically brings each bottle to its ideal serving temperature based on the wine type and bottle quantity. Infrared sensors continuously monitor progress, while the cabinet provides an estimated completion time and notifies the user once the wine is ready through both the cabinet's lighting and the Gaggenau Home Connect app. More than preserving wine, it ensures every bottle is ready to be savoured at its peak. Whether serving red, white, rosé or sparkling wine, every bottle is prepared exactly as intended.  

Equally considered is the environment in which each collection is preserved. Available in capacities of up to 68 bottles (45cm wide cabinet) or 110 bottles (60cm wide cabinet), the Wine Climate Cabinet features soft-close oak shelves, UV-protective glass, activated charcoal filters and a dedicated presentation area designed to showcase prized bottles, creating optimal conditions for preserving every collection while ensuring each bottle is ready to be enjoyed at its best. Warm LED lighting can be customised through three curated settings or via the Gaggenau Home Connect app, while the dark brushed stainless-steel interior and solid oak detailing evoke the character of a traditional wine cellar, thoughtfully reinterpreted for the contemporary home. 

As part of Gaggenau's Vario Cooling Expressive Series, the cabinet extends beyond functionality to become an architectural feature within the home. It can be installed independently or seamlessly integrated alongside refrigerators, freezers and fridge-freezers to create a unified cooling wall.
