Since 2016, Ashleigh has broadened her real estate skills through roles in commercial sales administration, campaign and marketing coordination, business management, and sales coordination. This progression has shaped her into a versatile professional who understands the importance of detail, communication, and service in property management.

Ashleigh thrives in the dynamic, ever-evolving world of real estate. She values being part of such an important chapter in people’s lives and takes pride in helping clients feel supported throughout their property journey. Adaptable and proactive, she is highly skilled at multi-tasking, building rapport, and delivering seamless service. Her professional yet personable communication style ensures clients feel informed and valued at every stage.

In her role, Ashleigh supports the property management team across all aspects of leasing and client service. She is committed to making each client’s experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, while upholding the high standards for which Marshall White is known.

Outside of work, Ashleigh enjoys Pilates, coffee dates, and online shopping. She loves living on the Mornington Peninsula for its scenic, relaxed lifestyle while also relishing the energy, coffee culture, and shopping Melbourne has to offer.
