Hudson Green comprises eight residences at 6 Hudson Street, Caulfield North. The two-storey development was designed by Perkins Architecture, with interiors by Kate Roach and landscape architecture by John Patrick Landscape Architects. The residences were planned around generous living spaces, natural light and a connection between the interiors and landscaped outdoor areas.

Kate Roach's interiors use a palette of soft tones, textures and timber. Light and dark oak finishes feature throughout the joinery, with custom display shelving, an entry coat cupboard and additional shelving incorporated into the living spaces. Sliding joinery panels conceal a television, while an open bar beside the kitchen includes dedicated wine storage.

The kitchens feature a large natural stone island bench, with the design available in light or dark tones. Natural stone also extends through the ensuites and bathrooms, while herringbone flooring is used in the living rooms and wool carpeting features in the bedrooms.

The residences include landscaped outdoor areas, with the project brochure describing private homes and gardens positioned within a leafy setting. The development is set back from the street, with its façade positioned in line with neighbouring homes.

Hudson Green includes a secure basement car park and eight residences with a variety of floorplans. The development was completed in 2020 and provides 18 car spaces.

The project is positioned within walking distance of local shops on Hawthorn Road, trams along Glen Eira Road and Caulfield Station. Monash University and Caulfield Racecourse are also identified in the project brochure as being within easy walking distance.
