Dear Wimba Avenue Community,
We're pleased to share the August construction update for Wimba Avenue, highlighting key milestones achieved and works currently underway.
Recently Completed:
- Gas and NBN services abolished.
- Tree removal now complete.
Upcoming Milestones:
- Demolition works are 95% complete and anticipated to be fully complete by the end of this month.
- Protection works notices are being compiled for issue to neighbours by the end of this month.
- Basement works are anticipated to commence next month.
The estimated construction completion is the end of 2027. We look forward to keeping you updated as the project advances.
