Dear White and Weston Community,
We understand and share the frustration around the delays experienced at White & Weston - 259 Whitehorse Road, Balwyn.
The recent delay has been driven by final design amendments, including purchaser customisations, services coordination, structural updates and integration with Coles, all of which have required detailed review and sign-off by the builder.
Importantly, finance in place through ANZ and Aspekt has already secured and leased its administration office at 255 Whitehorse Road in preparation for commencement.
We are committed to commencing construction as soon as possible, with works anticipated to begin by the end of June 2026.
We appreciate your patience and remain confident in delivering a high-quality outcome.
