We understand that recent delays have been frustrating, and we appreciate your patience as the project continues to progress. Our priority remains keeping you fully informed with clear and transparent updates.
Following the completion of demolition, the builder moved through detailed on-site evaluation, coordination and early preparatory works. During this period, several external authority requirements needed to be resolved - including council matters, Yarra Trams coordination and a Section 173 agreement with neighbouring properties. These items caused some unforeseen delays, however we are pleased to confirm they have now been fully addressed.
All construction documentation has now been finalised following detailed coordination with the builder, allowing the project to move forward with greater certainty. Major construction works are scheduled to commence on 20 February 2026. While this represents a slight adjustment to the original program, the additional time has ensured approvals, documentation and project details are fully resolved prior to commencement.
We also confirm that project financing has been fully committed, with funding secured through ANZ, providing strong financial confidence in the delivery of the development.
