Dear White and Weston Community,
We are pleased to provide the following update on progress:
- Excavation works to the rear laneway have been completed, along with the required inspections.
- The machinery contractor has attended site to commence clearing works and remove retained water from the former basement.
- Council has approved the construction management plans required for the erection of the gantry over the footpath.
- Works Protection Notices have been approved by the Building Surveyor and are now ready for distribution.
- The basement excavation contractor is now engaged and preparing for excavation and installation of the basement retention system (next month).
The project now moving into the basement excavation and retention phase with major construction works toward the end of September.
