Dear Grange Community,
We are pleased to share that construction at The Grange is nearing completion, with final internal and external works, testing and commissioning now underway.
Subject to final approvals, settlements are currently anticipated for the end of May.
To assist with a smooth settlement process, we have engaged Unique Property Settlement (UPS). Amanda Wang from UPS will be in touch shortly to assist with settlement coordination.
