Dear Grange Community,
It’s our pleasure to bring you the latest update from The Grange, where on-site works are progressing toward completion with settlement to follow.
External Works
The exterior works are well advanced, with 85% of the tasks now complete.
Internal Works
Interior works are almost finished, currently at 95% completion.
Construction for The Grange is anticipated to be completed by late January of 2026 with settlement to follow in mid to late February.
The team continues to work diligently to maintain this momentum. We'll keep you informed as we move closer to the final stages of construction.
