Dear Sutton Street Community,
The months of February & March have seen work’s on site progress at a slower pace in contrast to the high activities witnessed in January.
Recent Progress:
- Reticulation of internal services, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical within the apartments are now complete. Plaster linings are due next.
- Externally the face brickwork has progressed well.
- The building should now be watertight by end of April.
As a result of the slow progress, the estimated revised date for Practical Completion of this project is anticipated to late July 2026.
