Dear Sutton Purchaser,
We’re pleased to provide an update for construction.
After some delay , the tripartite agreement with both Krongold and the funder has now been executed. All demolition works are done, and Krongold will get on-site this week to start digging the basement.
We will soon be in a position to forecast a completion date to work towards.
