Dear Sutton Street Community,
Construction activities on site during the month of August have shown progress.
Recent Updates:
- Plasterboard lining installation has commenced in Apartments G01 and G04.
- Additional ceiling grids have been installed in Apartments 101 and 104.
- Sprinkler heads have been installed in all apartments on Ground Level and Level 1.
The Practical Completion of the apartments in this project is anticipated to be later than previously anticipated. We are look at the first quarter of 2027.
We will continue to closely monitor progress on the project and will advise once a more definitive completion timeframe can be established.
We are using every endeavor to make up for lost time and to push for completion, without compromising quality or finish.
We will continue to keep you informed as the build progresses.
