Dear Sutton Street Community,
We’re pleased to provide the latest construction update for Sutton Street, where progress continues steadily across site.
- The internal light gauge steel framing of all apartments to both the Ground and First Floor Level is now complete.
- Reticulation of services within the apartments are well underway.
- Insulation to soffits of the apartments have been installed.
- The light gauge steel framing of the walls and roofing of Level 2 is now complete.
- Blockwork balustrade walls have been installed to the Upper-Level Terraces.
- Installation of services within both Basement Levels have continued to advance further.
The estimated revised date for Practical Completion of this project is anticipated to be the end of June 2026.
