Dear Sutton Street Community,
During the month of April, construction activities on site have regrettably progressed slowly.
Recent Progress:
- External Wall cladding to Level 2 is underway. Main sewer connection to site is in progress with the main switchboard now installed into the basement.
- Internal Plaster linings that were due to commence last month have been delayed.
Given these factors (and more), any forecast completion date will (again) be extended. Now, according to the design team, the estimated revised date for Practical Completion for Sutton is anticipated to be late August 2026 . We are all attempting to make up for lost time and push for completion, without compromising quality or finish.
