Dear Sutton Street Purchaser,
We are delighted to bring you the construction update for the Sutton Street development, detailing the recent progress on-site;
As of the last site inspection dated 5th June 2025, a significant milestone has been achieved with part of the Ground Floor concrete slab successfully poured. The remaining portion is expected to have been completed to date.
Construction momentum continues as we prepare to move vertically: the first-floor slab pour is scheduled for early July, marking the commencement of vertical structure works for Level 1, subject to favourable conditions.
Meanwhile, substantial progress has been made below ground. The basement walls have now been constructed, and installation of essential services is well underway.
We are pleased to report that construction activity on-site has returned to a steady and consistent pace. Based on current projections, we remain on track for completion by the end of June 2026.
