Dear Sutton Street Community,
Construction activities on site during the month of June have shown progress.
Recent Updates:
- The plaster contractor has commenced work with the installation of ceiling grids in the ground floor apartments and some areas on Level 1.
- External metal cladding has been installed on the south and west elevations, with some sections also completed on the northern side of Level 2.
Owing to the previously advised delays , the estimated revised date for Practical Completion of the apartments for this project is now anticipated to be December 2026 – This is subject to construction activities increasing rapidly over the months to follow.
We are using every endeavour to make up for lost time and to push for completion, without compromising quality or finish.
