Dear Sutton Street Community,
Construction activities on site during the month of July have shown progress.
Recent Updates:
- The plaster contractor has commenced work with the installation of ceiling grids having been completed up to Level 1.
- The Practical Completion of the apartments for this project is now anticipated to be the end of December 2026, however as previously advised, this is subject to construction activities increasing rapidly over the next month.
We are using every endeavour to make up for lost time and to push for completion, without compromising quality or finish.
We will continue to keep you informed as the build progresses.
