Dear Society Purchaser,
The Site team at Society Armadale have made some impressive progress, despite occasional rain, we have successfully excavated to the bottom of Basement 2, marking a significant milestone in our construction timeline.
With the final segment of the shotcrete walls scheduled to be completed in early July, there current focus is on the building foundations with excavation for the pad footings complete and reinforcement and concrete to follow.
Another key milestone of note is the erection of the Crane which is expected to take place in July to assist with construction moving forward.
