Dear Society Community,
We are pleased to provide you with another update for Society Armadale, keeping you informed about the construction progress and the development of your new home.
Construction Update:
Our builder's team continues to work diligently to deliver your new home as soon as possible while maintaining the high standards of quality we expect across all our projects. Recent progress on site includes:
- External facade works are nearing completion with the external scaffolding being removed to make way for civil and landscaping works which are now underway.
- Internal stone and timber flooring installation is ongoing.
- Final painting, lighting and appliances installation still to be completed.
- Final Authority Services works are underway at the front of site in readiness for completion.
Settlement Update:
Subject to the current construction progress, settlements are expected to commence June 2026, although the builder is endeavouring to achieve the necessary authority approvals for an earlier completion, if possible. We will provide further updates as we move closer to completion and once the settlement schedule is confirmed.
Ongoing Communication:
As your settlement coordination team, we will continue to keep you informed throughout the settlement journey and provide regular updates via email.
