Dear Society Community,
We hope this update finds you well.
We are pleased to advise that construction works have advanced to final completion, energisation and defecting stage steadily across the development with the key focus remaining on delivering a high-quality outcome.
We are pleased to highlight the following key milestone achievements across the project:
- Completion of Ground floor apartments with final defecting and fit off works ongoing.
- Commencement of external landscape works including ground preparation for planting and paving and construction of external stairs and planters.
- Completion of major services connections including, NBN, Electricity, Water and Sewer.
- Ongoing completion of External Façade to all elevations.
Upcoming works:
- Completion of apartments from Level 1 upwards
- Finishes and Services fit-off and commissioning in the basements
- Soft landscaping and planting
- Final fit off and completion of ground floor common areas
- Final commissioning and certification of Building Services
Based on the current construction program, we anticipate calling for settlement Late August/Early September 2026, subject to the issuance of the relevant council approvals and final certification requirements.
We will ensure there is clear communication on settlement timing as we approach final completion.
