Dear Society Community,
We hope this update finds you well.
We are pleased to highlight the following key milestone achievements across the project:
- Completion of Level 1 apartments with final defecting and fit off works ongoing.
- Completion of major services connections including NBN, Electricity, Water and Sewer.
- Ongoing completion of External Facade to all elevations.
- Final fit off and completion of Ground Floor common area.
Upcoming works:
- Completion of apartments on Level 2 & 3.
- Finishes and Services fit-off and commissioning in the basements.
- Hard and soft landscaping and planting in common areas and private apartment terraces.
- Construction of new Council Footpath and Crossover.
- Final commissioning and certification of Building Services.
Based on the current construction program, we anticipate calling for settlement Early to Mid September 2026, subject to the issuance of the relevant council approvals and final certification requirements.
We will ensure there is clear communication on settlement timing as we approach final completion.
