Dear Society Community,
We are delighted to share the latest construction update for the Society Development, highlighting the exciting progress being made on-site.
The builder has made a great start to construction in 2026 and is progressing with momentum in the final stages of the project with a key focus on quality as they close out the delivery stage.
Joinery installation is now complete up to and including Level 3, the Level 4 joinery installation is ongoing. Internal stone and timber flooring installation is following the joinery, allowing for final painting and appliances installation to be completed.
The external scaffold dismantle is well progressed to allow for final civil and landscaping works to commence.
Completion is now estimated for Late March 2026 with settlements to follow thereafter. Please keep in mind that timing remains indicative, and dependent upon final approvals from external authorities and local Council.
We are thrilled to announce that we have appointed UPS Settlement to take you through to a stress free settlement.
