Dear Society Community,
We are delighted to share the latest construction update for the Society Development, highlighting the exciting progress being made on-site.
Completion and fit out works are to continue across the site, with painting now having progressed to Level 3 and Level 4, alongside ongoing tiling works.
The joinery installation is now complete on the Ground Floor and Level 1, with the flooring and stone installation ongoing. The joinery installation for Level 2 and Level 3 is ongoing. This is to be followed by the final fit-off and careful detailing of each apartment.
The facade stone installation is ongoing with the final landscaping and pool construction also having commenced on site.
We are thrilled to announce that we have appointed UPS Settlement to take you through to a stress free settlement . Please note that settlement is anticipated for early 2026.
We are excited about the progress achieved so far and look forward to sharing the next stages with you as construction continues to advance.
