Dear Prime Community,
We are pleased to share the latest settlement and construction progress at Prime.
For Settlement, we are now at Step 2 – Bank Valuation. Purchaser valuations have been successfully scheduled for next week, with each session allowing a 30-minute walkthrough of the units for the valuer’s inspection.
We are also delighted to provide an update on the current construction progress at Prime:
- Common driveway has been completed.
- Common walkway has been completed.
- Internal flooring works have been completed.
- Services cupboards and letterboxes are currently in progress.
Construction at Prime remains on track for completion at the end of 2025, with settlement anticipated in early 2026.
