We are now at Step 2 - Bank Valuation, and we have scheduled the valuations with the builder. Please find the details below.
Bank Valuation - Tuesday 2nd December 2025
Please forward the booking link to your banker or notify our team to book a time slot for valuation.

Each selected session will allow 30 minutes to walk through the units to conduct a valuer’s inspection.

Currently, construction at Prime is projected to be completed at end of 2025, with settlement anticipated early 2026
Please be aware that these timelines are subject to favourable conditions and potential unforeseen delays. We will keep you informed with regular updates as we approach settlement. Note that an exact settlement date cannot be provided until the Plan of Subdivision is registered and the Certificate of Occupancy is issued.
