Dear Prime Community,
We’re delighted to update you on the settlement stage, and share the latest progress on-site for Prime project.
We are approaching Stage 3 – Purchaser Final Inspection.
The builder has advised that extra time is needed to complete final defect rectification work, install all appliances, carry out a comprehensive site review, and perform a thorough clean. This ensures everything is presented in the best possible condition for your visit.
As a result, the Purchaser Final Inspection originally scheduled for 19 January 2026 has been thoughtfully rescheduled to Tuesday, 3 February 2026.
