Dear Parlington Community,
We are delighted to bring you the construction update for the Parlington development, detailing the progress on-site.
Works onsite are as follows:
- Townhouses 4-6 have been fully plastered from basement to first floor, with two coats of paint completed already. Joinery has been installed in all bathrooms, with hydronic heating laid out in anticipation of tiling for the master ensuites.
- All other bathrooms/powder rooms without hydronic have had both wall and floor tiles installed.
- Butler’s pantry and laundry joinery has been installed.
- Townhouses 1-3 are currently at the stage of having plaster sanded with bathroom and butler’s pantry joinery expected to be installed concurrently.
- 5 out of 6 garage doors have been installed in the basement carpark
- With the completion of the first-floor cladding, all scaffold has been removed from site. Ground floor masonry cladding is expected to begin soon.
We’re excited by the progress to date and look forward to sharing further updates as works continue.
