We are pleased to share the latest construction update at Parlington and keep you informed as the project continues to take shape.
Unique Property Settlements (UPS) have been appointed by the development team to assist you with settlement services as construction works continue.
Their role is to ensure a smooth, efficient and well coordinated settlement process for your brand new home.
They will work closely with the developer, building and yourself to coordinate valuers, solicitors and other key service providers, acting as your single point of contact to help ensure a seamless path to settlement.
You will be contacted by either Amanda or Felicia, who will be your dedicated points of contact for any queries in relation to your townhouse in the lead up to settlement. Please find their contact details below:
