Dear Parlington Community,
We are delighted to bring you the construction update for the Parlington development, detailing the progress on-site.
Works onsite are as follows:
- The structural frame has been completed and the roof installed, with approximately 95% of capping’s finished.
- The building has been fully wrapped, with first-floor cladding nearing completion. Ground-floor brickwork will commence once scaffolding is removed within the upcoming month.
- External windows and doors have been installed, securing the building envelope.
- All internal rough-in services have been completed to the ground and first floors, with basement services approximately 80% complete.
- Wall and ceiling insulation has been installed throughout.
- Fire-rated plasterboard has been installed to required high-level areas and along adjoining townhouse walls.
- Internal framing and ceiling battens have been installed across all floors, with plaster installation scheduled as the next stage.
- Lift installation is progressing, with approximately 50% now complete.
We're happy to report that construction is still moving along nicely.
