Dear Parlington Community,
We are delighted to bring you the construction update for the Parlington development, detailing the progress on-site.
Works onsite are as follows:
- External cladding is nearing completion, with the tiles being laid and grouted throughout the rainy weather.
- Landscaping has begun with the waterproofing inside the planter boxes and soil infill following.
- Internally, all joinery carcasses have been installed except the Build in Robes in Townhouse 1-4 bedrooms.
- Tiling and stone have been installed in all powder rooms, with 80% of bathrooms also having the stone and tiles installed (fit-off of the taps/shower roses beginning in unit 5 & 6).
- Stone plinths have been installed under the fireplaces as well as the stone shrouds.
- Lifts have been installed to 50% of the units.
We’re excited by the progress to date and look forward to sharing further updates as works continue. In the meantime, please see the latest imagery from site below.
