Dear Montview Community,
The project is progressing well and remains on track for practical completion in October 2026.
Internal Works
- The stone benchtops on the Ground Floor have now been fully installed.
- Timber flooring is currently being installed throughout the Ground Floor apartments.
- Stone installation for the Level 1 apartments is scheduled to commence in early August.
- Joinery installation has been completed on both the Ground Floor and Level 1.
- Joinery installation for Level 2 is expected to commence in early August.
- Tiling has now been completed across all levels of the building.
External Works & Services
- The external scaffolding is scheduled to be removed next week, which will significantly improve the building’s appearance.
- External infrastructure works are progressing well, with electrical works currently underway.
- The sewer connection has been completed.
- The water supply is expected to be connected by mid-August.
- The gas connection is expected to be completed in early August.
