Dear Montview Community,
Construction at Montview continues to progress steadily, with significant milestones now achieved across both the internal and external works.
Recent Milestones:
- Internally, plaster installation throughout the residences has now been completed.
- Waterproofing works are progressing well , now approximately 80% complete across the project.
- Tiling works have now commenced, with finishes beginning to take shape within the residences and common areas.
- Externally, the façade installation is advancing well , currently at 60% complete.
Subject to ongoing construction progress and authority approvals, the project remains on track for anticipated completion in Q3 2026.
