Dear Montview Purchaser,
Works on-site are progressing well and remain on schedule. This week, the team is preparing to pour the basement floor slab, marking another key milestone in the build. The entire basement structure is expected to be completed by the end of this month, setting a solid foundation for the stages ahead.
We are excited to keep you updated on the Montview development as construction steadily advances through its key milestones.
