Dear Mercer Purchasers,
We are pleased to share the latest developments on the Mercer Armadale project, where significant strides have been made on-site.
- The basement retaining wall is now complete
- The pool for Townhouse 8 has been installed
- All inground plumbing and the sewer pump well completed
- Basement drainage is in place
- The turntable footing for the basement is done
- Steel reinforcement for the remaining basement footings is now set
This week, the team on site is looking forward to pouring the rest of the basement footings and getting the civil plumbing installed.
We are excited about the progress made and look forward to sharing more updates as construction continues.
