Dear Mercer Community,
We’re pleased to share the latest construction update for Mercer.
Recent Milestones:
- Lift installation complete, pending commissioning
- External cladding and rendering are substantially complete
- Internal plastering is close to completion
- External paving, concrete slabs and permeable paving are progressing
- Pergola metalwork installation is underway
- Tiling and joinery works are progressing well
- Painting works have commenced
- Timber flooring installation is underway
At this stage, construction completion at Mercer is now anticipated by the end of Q3 2026.
Please note that the anticipated timing above is subject to favorable conditions or unforeseen delays. We will continue to provide you with regular construction updates leading up to settlement.
We understand that the lead-up to settlement for off-the-plan purchasers may be confusing. There are many different parties involved and it is not always clear whom you should contact.
Please understand that an exact settlement date cannot be provided until the Plan of Subdivision has been registered and the Certificate of Occupancy achieved.
