- Roof plumbing installation in progress.
- Stair assembly completed.
- Services installation completed.
- Roof insulation near completion.
- Windows installed.
- Insulation and plasterboard installation in progress.
- Lifts delivered to site.
- Render currently being applied.
The estimated construction completion is Q2 2026.
