Dear Mercer Community,
We’re pleased to share the latest construction update for Mercer:
- External wall wrapping is progressing across the building, providing an important layer of protection and sealing the structure.
- Roof plumbing installation is well underway, preparing the development for effective water management once complete.
- Stair assembly has commenced onsite, giving form to the internal circulation between levels.
- Service rough-in works are continuing, with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems being positioned ahead of wall finishes.
- Roof insulation is nearing completion, helping improve energy efficiency and interior comfort.
- Joinery shop drawings are being finalised, readying the detailed production of cabinetry and fittings.
- Windows are scheduled for delivery in the coming weeks, a key step that will further enclose and weatherproof the building.
The estimated construction completion is Early 2026.
