Dear Mercer Community,
We’re pleased to share the latest construction update for Mercer.
Current Site Progress and Key Milestones:
- Window installation is nearing completion.
- External cladding and render is nearing completion.
- Lift shafts are being painted.
- External waterproofing works are continuing.
- External paving concrete slabs and permeable paving are continuing.
- Pergola Metalwork installation is continuing.
- Tiling installation has commenced.
- Joinery installation has commenced.
- Painting has commenced.
At this stage, construction completion at Mercer is now anticipated by the end of Q2 through to July 2026
Please note that the anticipated timing above is subject to favourable conditions or unforeseen delays. We will continue to provide you with regular construction updates leading up to settlement.
We understand that the lead-up to settlement for off-the-plan purchasers may be confusing. There are many different parties involved and it is not always clear whom you should contact.
Please understand that an exact settlement date cannot be provided until the Plan of Subdivision has been registered and the Certificate of Occupancy achieved.

Financing Your Property:
With the recent lending changes in Australia, we recommend taking some time to review your financing options and complete your due diligence early. If you’d like, we’re happy to connect you with a trusted financial advisor. We also suggest having your mortgage approval ready at least two months before settlement. Skyward Projects works closely with Commonwealth Bank, ANZ, Bank of Melbourne, and leading Melbourne mortgage brokers. Let us know if you’d like a referral, or if you won’t require financing for your townhouse. We’ll be in touch again soon.
Legal Matters:
For any legal questions, please continue to work with your solicitor/conveyancer. It's essential they have a fully executed copy of your Contract of Sale.
