Dear Maranoa Gardens Purchaser,
We are pleased to share the latest construction update for the Maranoa Gardens development and provide further insight into the anticipated timeline for completion.
With strong momentum on site and works well underway, the development team has advised that they are still targeting completion of all major construction works by the end of September or early October 2025.
Following this, settlement is currently anticipated for early November 2025. Please note this is subject to the timing of both the Statement of Compliance being issued by council and the title registration process.
As we approach the settlement date, we will provide further updates on the process and the steps being taken to ensure everything is managed smoothly.
