Dear Maranoa Gardens Community,
We are writing to share the latest update on the progress at Maranoa Gardens as construction moves into its final stages.
The builder is currently focused on completing the internal fit out and securing the final authority consents so that each home meets the required standards.
Any variations requested will be completed based on the agreed and signed Deed of Variation, during your pre-settlement inspection, if you identify any items requiring attention, these will be addressed by the builder at that point in time. These inspections will also allow you the opportunity to measure for any appliances, furniture and windows treatments.
Key target dates
- Practical Completion: Late September – Early October
- Settlement: Late October (subject to the title registration process)
If you haven’t done so already, we encourage you to ensure all your finances are organised ahead of settlement.
In the coming weeks, our formally appointed Settlement Coordinator, Amanda, from Unique Property Settlement will be in touch to guide you through the settlement process and confirm your pre-settlement inspection booking.
For safety reasons, please be reminded that the construction site is accessible only to those with approved access. Construction areas contain hazards such as heavy machinery, incomplete structures and restricted walkways, any access made by a purchaser is only distracting the builders and slowing down the construction and settlement process. All purchasers will have the opportunity to attend a scheduled pre-settlement inspection.
