Dear Malvern Gardens Purchasers,
We are pleased to bring you the construction update for the Malvern Gardens development, showcasing the progress made on-site.
- Level 3 – The slab has now been poured, marking the completion of the final concrete slab for the project.
- Basement – Insulation is now complete, with services installation underway. Balmain & Co worker amenities are now located within the basement.
- Ground Floor Apartments – Metal wall framing is nearing completion, and services rough-in is in progress.
- Level 1 Apartments – Sprinkler installation is set to commence shortly, followed by the beginning of wall construction.
- Perimeter Scaffold – Installation is currently underway.
- Windows – Installation is scheduled to commence later in March.
- Top Floor – The steel frame structure and roof are being delivered and installed later this month.
At this stage, our teams are targeting construction completion in late November 2025, with commissioning, occupancy permit issuance, and council signoffs scheduled for December 2025. This timeline aims to allow for settlements to occur late in 2025.
We will continue to closely monitor progress and provide further updates throughout the coming months.
Additionally, we anticipate having individual window furnishing quotes from Clearview Sun Control ready to issue to all residents with the next construction update.
