Dear Malvern Gardens Community,
We wish to advise that settlements at Malvern Gardens are now anticipated to occur in late October to early November 2025.
Please prepare accordingly, and our team will continue to keep you updated as timing is confirmed.
Please appreciate that the completion of a large project such as Malvern Gardens involves sign-off from multiple authorities and council representatives. These processes are not under our control and often run to very different time frames. As a result, our anticipated settlement dates will remain an estimate right up until settlement is formally confirmed.
Bank Valuation Inspections
Your apartment will be available for bank valuation inspections from Friday, 19th September 2025.
If your bank requires a valuation inspection, please provide them with my contact details to arrange access for the valuer:

Pre-Settlement Inspections
Once your apartment is complete and access has been confirmed, we will invite you to attend your Pre-Settlement Inspection. This will be your only opportunity to view your apartment prior to settlement. We currently expect these inspections to take place in mid to late October 2025. Rest assured, we will be in touch to arrange a convenient time once the project team confirms readiness.
