Dear Malvern Gardens Community,
We are pleased to provide you with the latest construction update for Malvern Gardens.
Works are continuing to progress well across the site, with the builder maintaining strong momentum through the internal fit-out and external works.
Please allow us to share the recent milestones at High Street, Malvern:
Internal apartment fit-out is progressing well, with Ground and Level 1 apartments nearing completion. We anticipate the finishing and defect inspection process will commence soon.
- Timber flooring has been installed
- Carpets laid
- Joinery and stonework installed
- Tiling nearing completion
Levels 2 and 3 are not far behind, with:
- Joinery installation well underway
- Stone installation partially completed
- Tiling works commenced
- Scaffold removal is almost complete, with the remaining sections due to be dismantled by the end of the month
- Soft landscaping works are scheduled to commence within the next 1–2 months
- Permanent power has now been connected to the building, enabling testing and commissioning of all systems.
- Focus has now shifted to the front entry of the building, following the removal of the temporary loading bay.
Works currently underway include: - Construction of blockwork fences, walls, and metalwork
- Pedestrian entry stairs, ramp, and platform lift
- Installation of permanent service cupboards (gas, water, etc.)
- NBN infrastructure being brought into the building
- Replacement of the footpath and redundant crossovers along the frontage
Settlement Timing
The Malvern Gardens project remains on track for completion toward the end of this year. Please note that this timing remains indicative, with final completion subject to minor weather-related delays.
Settlements are anticipated to commence November/December 2025 once Titles and Occupancy Permits have been issued.
