As we approach the final stages of your new home at Lynden Park, we want to express our sincere gratitude for your continued patience. We are thrilled to be nearing the moment when we hand over the keys to your new home.
The builder is focused on finalising the internal fit out over the next week.
We are currently anticipating settlement to occur in early to mid-October. Amanda from UPS Settlements has been formally appointed by the developer as your dedicated point of contact through to settlement. She will be in touch over the next week to introduce herself and assist with coordinating purchaser inspections. From now through to settlement, she will be available to address any questions you may have.
