We're excited to bring you the latest construction update for Laurel Bentleigh.
Unique Property Settlement (UPS) has been appointed by the developer to assist you with settlement services as construction progresses.
Their role is to ensure a smooth, efficient and well-coordinated settlement process for your brand new townhouse.
They will work closely with the developer, builder and yourself to coordinate valuers, solicitors and other key service providers, acting as your single point of contact to help ensure a seamless path to settlement.
You will be contacted by either Amanda or Felicia, who will be your dedicated points of contact for any queries regarding your townhouse leading up to settlement.
