Dear Laurel Community,
We’re pleased to provide the latest update on the progress at Laurel, where construction is progressing well.
Recently Completed Milestones:
- The frames to the homes are 100% complete, with the rear garages being finished off by the end of this month.
- The Huntley Rd homes have achieved lockup, with plaster being hung. The Yawla St homes are due to follow shortly.
- The cabinetry is now on the way, with quality assurance inspections taking place at the factory this month, with installation to commence before Easter.
- Park landscaping being tendered, with work due to commence end of April to allow completion to align with the houses in Q3 2026.
