Dear Hawthorn House Community,
We are delighted to bring you the latest construction update for Hawthorn House, detailing the progress made onsite.
Currently the ground floor concrete slab formwork decking is being installed, with the concrete slab being poured by mid September. The basement structure is now complete.
Once the ground floor slab is poured, all props and formwork are removed and the frame stage for all houses will commence, starting with the rear, working towards the front.
We will continue to keep you informed with regular updates as construction progresses, and will share key milestones and further details as they become available.
