We are pleased to share the latest construction progress at Hawthorn House and keep you informed as the project continues to take shape.
Unique Property Settlements (UPS) has been appointed by the developer to assist you with settlement services as construction progresses.
Their role is to ensure a smooth, efficient and well-coordinated settlement process for your brand new townhouse.
They will work closely with the developer, builder and yourself to coordinate valuers, solicitors and other key service providers, acting as your single point of contact to help ensure a seamless path to settlement.
