Dear Hawthorn House Community,
We are pleased to share the latest construction progress at Hawthorn House and keep you informed as the project continues to take shape.
Site Progress:
- All houses have been almost fully clad and roofed except for TH1, which will soon commence external cladding.
- Brickwork is now 85% complete.
- Plumbing and electrical rough-in is fully complete.
- All rear houses have been plastered.
- Tiling to wet areas is 90% complete.
- Plastering and tiling are also starting on the front houses.
- The garage doors and basement fit-out is 80% complete.
The estimated construction completion is November 2026, with settlements anticipated to follow in December 2026. We’ll continue to keep you updated as key milestones are reached.
