We have achieved several key approvals in recent weeks to help facilitate a smooth construction phase:
- Construction Management Plan (CMP): Formally approved by Council, ensuring a safe and coordinated site.
- Domestic Building Insurance (DBI): Policy has been secured, providing full protection during construction.
- Building Permit: All necessary documentation has been lodged with the Relevant Building Surveyor, and we are awaiting final issuance.
