Dear Havenwood Purchaser,
We are delighted to update you with another construction update for Havenwood:
This includes;
- Basement Foundation Poured: We have successfully poured the concrete basement footings, which form the strong solid base needed to support the weight of the entire building.
- Basement Walls Installed: The basement structural walls are now up. We used "Dincel" panels, which are durable, polymer forms filled with concrete to create waterproof and highly secure walls.
- Underground Plumbing Underway: Work is moving along on the essential plumbing and drainage systems that sit beneath the basement floor, before the final concrete slab is poured.
