Dear Havenwood Purchaser,
Firstly , thank you for your patience . It’s been incredibly frustrating in overcoming the final hurdles to now start building.
We’re mindful there’s previously been a number of false starts , and so we are now very cognisant of clearing the last stages to then get the builder on site this year .
Builder: We continue to be in close contact with a local builder who remains well-positioned to undertake construction. Behind the scenes , steady progress has been made on this front each week, as the majority of the details around construction have now been confirmed.
The construction contract has now been with the legal team for an extended period. While this process has taken longer than anticipated, we know through experience it’s important to resolve these issues upfront, to then a ensure a smooth delivery once works commence.
Construction Commencement: Subject to finalisation of the above, we are anticipate construction commencing in October/November this year.
Outstanding Approval: Finally , we will soon receive what’s known as the Section 72 application, approving the minor amendments to the planning permit. Council has already provided written confirmation, and we expect formal approval shortly.
Please be assured , that despite the delays , we remain committed to seeing the project through to completion and delivering your brand new Havenwood home.
