Dear Grandview Community,
We’re pleased to share that construction at Grandview is progressing well, with works continuing steadily on site.
Recently Completed Milestones:
- Structural concrete works completed to Level 2
- Core structure now visibly emerging from the streetscape
- Columns, slabs and structural walls being established through to Level 2
- Stair and lift cores advancing
- Façade detailing and window systems being finalised in parallel
- Basement structure completed
- Construction program tracking in line with anticipated completion for May 2027
- Joinery prototype inspected and approved.
Works to follow in the next four to eight weeks:
- Builder preparing for Level 3 pour / upper structure progression
- Stair and lift core advancement
- Façade and window system coordination and installation
- Hydraulic, electrical and mechanical service rough-ins
- Preparation for internal trade sequencing and early fit-out planning
As the project transitions further from structure into the next stages of construction, it is now imperative that any outstanding purchaser variations or upgrade selections are finalised. To avoid delays to procurement, documentation and trade coordination, we kindly ask that all remaining selections, amendments or variation requests be submitted as soon as possible. Our team remains available to assist with any outstanding decisions and coordinate the next steps with you directly.
The Grandview Design Team will continue to provide regular updates as construction progresses and key milestones are achieved.
