Dear Grandview Community,
We're pleased to share that construction at Grandview continues to progress exceptionally well, with the project now transitioning from structural works into the internal construction phase.
Recently Completed Milestones:
- Structural frame completed.
- Internal wall framing commenced across multiple levels.
- Mechanical, hydraulic, fire and electrical services progressing throughout the building.
- Rooftop waterproofing and service installations underway.
- Internal masonry and brickwork continuing across multiple levels.
- Basement mechanical services and ventilation infrastructure significantly advanced.
- Grandview has officially topped out with the structure formally now complete.
- Construction program remains on track for anticipated completion in May 2027.
Works to follow in the next four to eight weeks:
- Progress internal wall framing throughout all residences.
- Continue mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and fire service rough-ins.
- Advance rooftop waterproofing and plan installation.
- Continue internal masonry and service coordination.
- Commence preparation for plastering and internal finishes in completed areas.
- The crane will come down week commencing 17th August.
- Level 2 framing has commenced with Level 3 to start week commencing 24th August.
As construction continues to progress, the focus is now firmly on the internal fit-out of the residences. Our team remains committed to maintaining momentum across all trades, ensuring the exceptional level of quality and craftsmanship expected of Grandview.
