Demolition is now underway at Frith & Howarth in Brunswick, marking the official start of construction on this exciting new project. We’re pleased to share that demolition has already reached 50% completion—a fantastic milestone as works progress on site.
We’re proud to be partnering with Stemcon as our builder, following the successful delivery of Tomorrow Northcote, our recently completed project in 2024. Their commitment to craftsmanship and quality is evident in every detail, and we’re excited to see that same expertise shaping Frith & Howarth.
