Dear First Light Community,

We’re pleased to share the latest progress on-site, with construction continuing to advance steadily under the management of Ironside and DCF Property.

Works completed throughout June 2026:

• Jumpform Jump 21 - Complete, now working to Level 22
• Level 16 slab pour 1 - Complete
• Level 15 slab pour 1 and 2 - Complete
• High level services up to Level 10 - Now underway 
• Window installation preparation works up to Level 15 - Now underway
• Window installation up to Level 11 - Now underway
• Precast walls underway to Level 14
• Plasterboard installation has commenced from Level 9
• Internal fit-out works underway
  • Level 2 painting complete, tiling complete, joinery, stone and timber floor installation.
  • Level 3 painting complete, tiling complete and joinery installation.
  • Level 4 painting and tiling complete.
  • Level 5 & 6 painting and ceiling works complete.
  • Level 7 sheeting complete and painting has commenced.
  • Level 8-10 shellworks are underway.
• Passenger lift installation is underway.
• Laneway reinstatement is complete.

The build is progressing well, with completion and settlement anticipated for Q2 2027.
