Dear Fabric Purchaser,
Construction is well underway at Fabric.
The piling works which provide the support for the basement carpark is now complete with all piles drilled around the perimeter of the site. The bulk excavation of the soil is now underway and the shotcrete to the perimeter walls now well advanced on basement 1 and will continue to the lower levels.
As many purchasers are aware, apartment changes that have been requested, are being addressed with the builder B Central Construction to integrate into the design and construction works. The team is looking to finalise all these changes shortly.
