To all purchasers of Fabric Caulfield,
Spring has sprung and Construction is continuing up at Fabric. Since our last update the basement has been completed and the structural frame is up to level 2. B Central
Construction are progressing well onsite with the concrete works and all is in line with expectations. External walls are being erected onsite and these will continue up to roof level over the coming months.
Please see the latest photos from the construction site. We will continue to report on progress as the work head towards settlement late next year.
