To all purchasers of Fabric Caulfield,
I hope you are all keeping warm for the winter!
Construction is progressing well at Fabric. As you can see from visually passing by, our tower crane has now been installed onsite and can be seen from far and wide.
The important step to installing the crane is that the basements have been fully excavated to the lowest level at Basement 3 and the shotcrete perimeter walls 98% complete. We are now in preparation to pour the concrete footings and slab on ground at B3.
Whilst it has been wet, B Central Construction are coping with the weather and will now work on progressing vertically upwards with the concrete structure.
Separate to this, we wish to thank all purchasers who have been able to finalise their changes as we are incorporate these into the construction documentation and work.
We will continue to report on progress as the work head towards settlement late next year.
