Dear Fabric Purchasers,
Since our last update in March, work is advancing ahead at Fabric.
The exterior of the building is almost complete and the external scaffolding has been removed to reveal at lot of the facades of the building, showing the brickwork and upper curtain wall glazing.
Whist the crane remains onsite, within the next month this should be removed which then allows for the final elements to be completed. Within the building, our builder, B Central Construction is well progressed with internal finishes.
- Internal walls have been plastered
- Wall and floor tiling is far advanced on all floors
- Joinery has been installed on most levels
- Timber flooring is now being installed on ground level
- Painting has also underway
We are working towards completion around September, and would certainly encourage purchasers that require finance to start their initial enquires, as this can take time.
