Dear Fabric Purchasers,
We are pleased to present a new construction update for the Fabric development, offering a closer look at the progress made on-site over the past week:
- Floor finishes are mostly done
- Render is most done
- Lift installation started
- Bin chute wall plastered
- Canopy structure up
- Fit off the majority done
Next week, we will:
- Install roof and cladding to the canopy
- Continue fit off
- Continue pavers
- Continue balustrades
- Continue lift installation
We are excited about the progress made and look forward to sharing more updates as construction continues. Please see the below latest photos from the construction site.
