We are delighted to bring you the latest construction update for Enso Gardens, showcasing the exciting progress made on site.
We’ve reached the milestone of roof top out and full structure completion with basements 90% fit out.
Recent Milestones:
- Demolition & Basement is now 100% complete.
- The Underground Drainage and Water Retention System is 100% complete.
- Structure is 100% complete.
- Fit out is 20% complete.
Upcoming Works:
- Basements complete fit out.
- External Walls and Window Installation.
- Services Connection/Meter Installation.
- Ground gardens works.
The estimated construction completion is March 2027, with settlement anticipated for April 2027. We look forward to keeping you updated as the project advances.
