Dear Drummond House Community,
We are delighted to update you on the progress at Drummond House, where steady momentum continues across site and the project remains on track for completion in Q1 of 2027.
Our dedicated team, along with Ironside have achieved the following major milestones in December 2025:
Recent Milestones
- Basement structure completed.
- Ground Floor slab poured in November 2025.
- Structure for the electrical substation completed.
- Precast columns with brick finishes have been erected up to Level 1.
- Formwork for Level 1 is currently in progress.
- Ducts and pipes for the services have commenced from Basement 5.
