We are pleased to share the latest construction update for Drummond House, where steady momentum continues across site and the project remains on track for completion in March 2027.
Recent Milestones
• Basement excavation has now reached Basement Level 5, with works progressing efficiently
• Preparations for the Basement Level 5 slab are underway, with the concrete pour scheduled in the coming weeks
• Basement wall construction is advancing in parallel, solidifying the project’s foundational structure
As basement works continue, additional aspects of the development are also progressing behind the scenes. We remain committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety as we move through each phase of construction.
