Dear Drummond House Community,
We are delighted to update you on the progress at Drummond House, where steady momentum continues across site and the project remains on track for completion in Q1 of 2027.
Our dedicated team, along with Ironside have achieved the following major milestones in October 2025:
Recent Milestones
- Slab on ground at Basement 5 completed.
- Basement 2 to Basement 4 suspended concrete floor slab poured.
- Precast lift shaft walls, staircase core and columns up to Basement 1.
- Temporary prop and formwork for Basement 1 slab has commenced.
