Dear Cookson Purchaser,
We’re pleased to share the latest construction update for the Cookson development, highlighting the progress made on site.
The external cladding to the south-facing balconies is now complete, and scaffolding has been removed from many upper sections, revealing the amazing exterior. Common area works are progressing with the lobby and teg courtyard garden beginning to take shape.
Progress by Level:
- Ground Floor: Defects progressing, external works about to commence
- First Floor: Defects continuing, external cladding to balconies complete
- Second Floor: Defects commenced, external cladding to balconies complete
- Third Floor: Joinery and flooring have been installed. Stonework and carpeting are nearing completion
- Fourth Floor: Appliances and carpet installed and stonework nearly complete
The building is now 89% complete, with construction works on track for completion by the end of July.
