Pursuant to the contract of sale, settlement is scheduled to take place on or before Monday, the 29th of September 2025, or as outlined in the contract of sale.
Settlement will take place via the PEXA Workspace platform pursuant to legislation requirements for settlements.

WHAT’S HAPPENING ON SITE?
EXTERNAL WORKS
Final touches are currently being made to the awning along Cookson Street. The footpath has been freshly repaved in asphalt, and thresholds have been re-painted and painted. Ground-level lift lobby works are also nearing completion.
GROUND FLOOR
Landscaping is now underway in the ground-floor apartment terraces. Inside the lift lobby, the letterboxes have been installed, the polished plastering has been completed, and the custom lobby seating is close to being finished.
LEVELS 1, 2 & 4
Common area painting has been completed across Levels 1, 2, and 4. Apartments on these levels are currently undergoing final cleaning and defect checks to ensure they’re move-in ready.
LEVEL 3
Only minor finishing works remain on Level 3, with final touches expected to be completed shortly.
