Dear Chomley Terraces Community,
Welcome to the April construction update for Chomley Terraces.
We're pleased to share that construction is progressing well, with strong momentum being maintained on site and works continuing ahead of the forecast programme.
In April, we've successfully progressed the following components of work:
- Suspended Ground Floor Slab (Eastern Portion)
- Steel Framing
- Floor Joist Install
The project has continued to progress well throughout April, with strong momentum maintained on site.
Framing works are advancing steadily with significant progress to the structural steel. In particular, works to the western portion of the site have progressed significantly during this period.
