Dear Chomley Terraces Community,
Welcome to the March construction update for Chomley Terraces.
We are pleased to advise that construction is progressing well, with the project team continuing to work diligently to maintain the project programme.
In March, we've successfully completed the following components of work:
- Ground Floor Suspended Slab
- Form Work
- Services Rough In
- Basement Concrete Columns
Following strong progress throughout March, the project continues to track well, with key structural milestones achieved.
Significant advancement has been made to the concrete structure, including completion of the suspended slab to the western portion of the site and the slab on ground to the eastern side.
In the meantime, we invite you to view the latest site imagery below, offering a glimpse into the evolution of Chomley Terraces.
