Welcome to the July 2026 construction update for Chomley Terraces.
Construction activities continued to progress throughout July, with significant advancements achieved across both structural works and the rough-in of services.
In July, we've successfully progressed the following components of work:
- Services rough-in works is progressing through Townhouses.
- Partitions and Ceilings.
- Progression of Steel Framing Install.
- Progression of Basement fit-out works.
- Window Installation underway.
