Dear Chomley Terraces Community,
We are delighted to bring you the latest construction update for Chomley Terraces, showcasing the exciting progress made on site during the month of February 2026.
Following strong progress achieved on site in January, Balmain & Co continued to advance construction throughout February, maintaining a programme position ahead of the contract completion date.
Final basement excavation was completed in early February, followed by the second and final shotcrete wall application on 4 February.
Multiple trades mobilised onsite during the month, including Holmes Plumbing, who commenced inground sewer and civil works to the south-eastern corner of the project.
The first slab-on-ground pour was completed on 25 February, following completion of underside preparation works and installation of reinforcement.
The estimated completion is Early 2027. We look forward to keeping you updated as the project advances.
