Dear Chevron One Community,
We are pleased to advise that the Certificate of Occupancy has now been issued however please note we are still waiting for the plan of subdivision to be sealed and titles to be registered
Subject to the timing of approvals from the relevant authorities, settlement of your apartment is currently anticipated to commence Mid-June 2026
In light of the above, we can confirm your apartment is now available for you to complete a pre-settlement inspection at Chevron One ahead of your upcoming settlement.
Purchaser inspections will take place from 8 June 2026.

Timeslots fill up quickly so we would recommend scheduling your pre-settlement inspection as soon as possible, to secure your preferred time.
Please note the following in respect to pre-settlement inspections:
- Please meet our team at the lobby entrance of Chevron One, 42 Stanhill Drive, Surfers Paradise.
- Please note no person under the age of 18 will be permitted on site.
- While on-site parking is not available at this time, limited street parking is available nearby.
- Please ensure you arrive on time and be aware if you are late this time will reduce your allocated inspection time as inspections will be booked back-to-back.
- Maximum of 3 people can attend the inspection.
- Only one inspection is permitted per apartment so please ensure you organise for any other interested parties to attend at this time (if required). We also recommend you bring a tape measure should you need to confirm areas for furniture.
- If you are unavailable to attend during the allocated times or are nominating someone to inspect on your behalf, please notify us via reply email. We will require a phone number and email address for the person you nominate to conduct the pre-settlement inspection.
Please note, this is the only opportunity you will have to view your apartment prior to settlement.
Bank Valuation Reminder
Bank Valuation access is currently available for your apartment. If your bank requires a valuation inspection to be undertaken, please provide them with the contact details below:

Please do not wind up any leases until you have been informed from your legal representative of a firm settlement date.
