Dear Chevron One Community,
We're delighted to update you on the progress at Chevron One Residences.
Our team, along with lcon, have been making consistent progress. We continue to achieve steady milestones, and everyone is doing all they can to ensure the earliest possible completion date can be achieved.
Please note we anticipate handover of the lower level apartments to occur late February 2026, however, our settlement team will be reaching out to all purchasers and their relevant representatives with further information early-mid January 2026.
Recent Milestones
- Level 42 bondek slab poured.
- Sub-framing and balustrade installation ongoing up to Level 28.
- Glazing installation ongoing at Level 39.
- Painting soffits ongoing at Level 39.
- Services risers/pipework installation commenced to Level 41.
- Gyprock linings to apartments Level 38.
- Partition framing to internal walls ongoing at Level 38.
- Joinery installation at Level 31.
- Benchtops installed up to Level 30.
Upcoming Milestones
- Completion of balustrade installation at Level 39.
- Continuation of partition framing on Levels 38-39.
- Installation of apartment cabinetry at Level 33.
