Dear Chevron One Community,
Despite our continued efforts to progress the project as efficiently as possible, we regret to advise that the settlement date has been further delayed. This is primarily due to the builder again not achieving previously communicated completion dates.
We understand that this news may be frustrating, particularly given prior updates however several critical milestones have not been met by the builder within the expected timeframes.
Based on the latest advice, we now anticipate settlements to commence late May but possibly well into June regarding SP1A (levels 1 - 29). Valuation access is currently expected to be available early - mid May however we will keep you updated once this is confirmed. In the meantime, please hold off ordering any valuations until further notice.
Please keep in mind that the above timing remains indicative, and dependent upon final approvals from external authorities such as Titles Queensland and local Council.
