Dear Chevron One Community,
Following on from our last update, we are deeply apologetic, but despite best efforts, construction delays continue to impact the project’s completion date and, settlement of your apartment is estimated to commence late May but, depending on the approval timeline of various responsible authorities, may possibly be well into June, which your lot is part of.
We are intensively pushing all stakeholders to finish as soon as possible however please note plans are not yet sealed and certificates of occupancy are yet to be issued.
Please keep in mind that the above settlement timing remains indicative, and dependent upon final approvals from external authorities such as Titles Queensland and local Council.
Given the current builder program, we anticipate your apartment will, pleasingly, be ready for finance valuation access from Monday 18th May 2026.

Bank Valuation Access
We have been granted Bank Valuations access from Monday 18th May 2026. If your bank requires a valuation inspection to be undertaken, please provide them with my contact details below:
