An Update for the Chevron One Community,
We are delighted to share the latest on progress at Chevron One Residences. Our team, alongside Icon, has been making consistent headway since January 2025.
Over the past month, we’ve achieved several major milestones, including the second concrete pour on Level 40, with the core now rising to Level 42. While weather and supply chain challenges remain, overall completion is projected for early 2026.
Recent Milestones
• First pour for Level 40 completed
• Jump form raised to Level 42
• Formwork commenced to Level 40
• Sub-framing & balustrade installation completed to Level 35
• Services risers & pipework installation ongoing at Level 34
• Partition framing to internal walls complete to Level 29
• Final painting completed on Level 13
Upcoming Milestones
• Pour jump-form to Level 42
• Window panel installation commencing on Level 35
• Continuation of balustrade post installation on Level 35
• Partition framing advancing to Level 30
• Wall & floor tiling progressing from Level 19 onwards
• Cabinetry installation commencing on Level 25
• Elevator installation continuing from Level 14 upwards
