Title registration remains underway, with the process currently progressing through the relevant authorities. In the meantime, we are continuing to work through the final stages of the development and handover process — including post–pre-settlement inspections and final quality checks, and any final compliance requirements.
We are committed to ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated transition as we move closer to settlement and handover.
