Thank you for your continued patience and unwavering support as we approach the very final stages of the Chatham Gardens project. We’re excited to now be one step closer to welcoming you to your new home or investment. As we are now ready to accommodate both valuation inspections (for finance purposes, if required) and pre-settlement purchaser inspections.
Inspection Availability:
Appointments will be available from Friday, 6th June, between 9:00am and 4:00pm.
Each appointment will be scheduled in 30-minute time slots, and will be conducted with you on-site, by Simon the Site Manager.

Whilst the day of settlement is yet to be confirmed , this marks a significant and exciting milestone as we all move toward completion.
