Dear Central Park Purchaser,
We are excited to share that all apartments at Central Park have now been sold!
Construction is continuing to progress well and our team is aiming for completion in early Q3, 2026.
*Keep in mind that timelines continue to remain indicative and may change due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, supply chain delays, or regulatory approvals.
Key Construction Milestones:
• Tower crane up and running – now handling all deliveries and site logistics
• Basement slab finished – the final concrete pour was completed last week
• Ground-floor works – half the formwork is up, steel is being laid, with concrete pour planned for later this month
• Structure on the rise – vertical concrete pours will continue over the next few months
• Topping-out on the horizon – tracking for later this year!
• Services rough-in – set to begin in the basement in a few months
• Construction progress on track – despite some rain delays, Figurehead remains on schedule, aiming for completion early Q3, 2026.
