Welcome to the latest Settlement Update for Central Park.
By way of courtesy, the project team met with Figurehead this week to review the completion program for Central Park.
Due to the recent run of wet weather conditions, some minor delays have been experienced in completing external works.
As a result, we now anticipate completion and settlement to occur in early to mid-July 2026.
Our team will continue to keep you updated as further information comes to hand.
Funding Strategy for Your Apartment – Lodge your finance!
At this stage, purchasers requiring finance are strongly encouraged to obtain formal finance approval in preparation for settlement. Timely action is essential to ensure readiness and to mitigate the risk of delays or potential penalty costs associated with late settlement.
It is important to carefully consider your funding options and ensure your chosen finance structure aligns with your individual financial circumstances and objectives prior to proceeding with formal approval.
Valuation Access
Access for bank valuation purposes is anticipated to be available in June 2026.
Commencement of valuation appointments will depend on final settlement timing. Once the project team has confirmed valuation access is available, we will issue further correspondence outlining the onsite process, procedures, and booking contact details for your lender.
Please do not arrange a valuation now. Our team will let you know when the time is right.
Purchaser Pre-Settlement Inspection Access
We anticipate purchaser pre-settlement inspections will commence just prior to settlement. Rest assured, we will send you an invitation to inspect your property as soon as these dates and timings are confirmed.
