Welcome to the latest Settlement Update for Central Park
Construction Update:
- Timber flooring completed to ground floor and upper levels.
- Carpet installation commenced on ground floor.
- Joinery installation underway, with final detailing and defect rectification in progress.
- Stone benchtops installed across apartments.
- Tiling, shower screens, and bathroom finishes progressing throughout.
- Appliance installation has commenced.
- Ground floor external works progressing well, including courtyard planter walls.
- Wattletree Road frontage works underway, service cupboards complete, with entry stairs and footpath works scheduled for next month.
- Central lobby lightwell cladding complete; artwork/sculpture installation scheduled for next month.
Settlement Timelines:
We are pleased to advise that construction remains on track, with completion now expected in June 2026.
Final authority approvals and council sign-off are anticipated to occur in June 2026, with settlements still expected to take place from June 2026 through to early July 2026.
Keep in mind that the trigger for settlement relies on both the issuance of the Occupancy Permit and the registration of the Plan of Subdivision at the Land Titles Office.
We will continue to share updates on progress and provide accurate timelines as we move closer to completion.
As always, timelines remain indicative only due to the involvement of authorities outside of our control, such as the Stonnington City Council, service authorities, and the Land Titles Office.
Valuation Access:
Access for bank valuation purposes is anticipated to be available from June 2026.
Commencement of valuation appointments will depend on final settlement timing. Once the project team has confirmed access is available for valuations to commence, we will issue further correspondence confirming onsite progress, procedures, and the contact for your lender to book this appointment.
Please do not order a valuation now. Our team will let you know when the time is right.
Purchaser Pre-Settlement Inspection Access:
We anticipate purchaser pre-settlement inspections will commence just prior to settlement. Rest assured, we will send you an invitation to inspect your property as soon as these dates and timings are confirmed.
