Dear Central Park Community,
Welcome to the November construction update for Central Park.
We’re excited to share that construction continues to progress exceptionally well, with the project currently tracking ahead of schedule.
Please find below a snapshot of the current works underway across the project:
- Services rough-in on the ground floor is complete, with wall and ceiling plastering now underway.
- Services rough-in on Levels 1 and 2 is progressing.
- Window installation is taking place across all levels.
- Ground floor joinery installation and brickwork are both scheduled to commence next month.
Given the achievement of these great milestones, settlements are still anticipated to occur around mid-2026.
However, should Figurehead's progress continue at the current pace, we would strongly encourage purchasers to be prepared for the possibility of settlements occurring in early May 2026.
Please note that final completion and settlement timings remain indicative and may change due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, supply chain impacts, or regulatory approvals from council and other authorities.
We will continue to keep you updated on key milestones as the project moves closer to completion.
