Dear Central Park Purchaser,
We are pleased to share an exciting milestone—construction at Central Park has officially commenced!
We can now confirm that Figurehead has started work on-site, marking a significant step forward for the project.
Key Construction Milestones:
- The piling rig is now on-site, and basement excavation is underway.
- Outfall stormwater drain works between our site and Kingston Street are progressing well and nearing completion
Purchaser Change Pricing:
Figurehead is in the process of finalising purchaser variation pricing, and we anticipate having the updated information available in April. Rest assured, we will share these details as soon as they are confirmed.
