We are excited to share the latest construction update from Candela Ivanhoe, where progress continues at pace and your future home is taking shape.
The site is alive with activity, and each milestone brings us closer to welcoming both our future residents and those considering joining this vibrant new community at an exceptional address.
In this update, you’ll find the latest milestones, insights from the project team and a look at what’s next as we move steadily towards completion.
Milestones achieved to date:
- 38.77% of construction has been completed.
- Ground floor suspended concrete and carpark entry ramp complete
- Level 1 concrete pours 1, 2 & 3 complete
- Level 1 erection of precast walls & columns complete
- Level 2 concrete pour 1 complete and formwork erected for concrete pour 2
- Feature precast concrete panels erected to West façade level 2 and substation room
- Basement level 2 and 3 fully stripped of formwork, blockwork walls constructed and services rough-in underway
- Basement level 1 formwork stripped and partially back propped.
Upcoming Milestones: What to Expect in Q4 2025
- Structure complete - L6/Roof concrete pour complete and Level 5 formwork stripped
- Level 5 structural steel complete, Level 6 / roof structural steel complete and metal deck roofing commenced/underway
- Façade – Windows installed to ground floor and level 1
- Ground Floor - Plaster walls complete
- Level 1 - Framing and services wall rough-in complete
- Level 2 – Framing and high-level services rough in complete
- Level 3 – Setout for walls and install top track complete in preparation for framing
