Dear Candela Community,
According to the current construction program, the anticipated completion date will be end of August 2026. Settlement is due 21 days after MinterEllison notifies the Purchaser or the Purchaser’s lawyers in writing of the later to occur of the following:
a) Registration of the Plan; or
b) The issue of the Occupancy Permit and Certificate of practical Completion for the property.
With respect to the purchaser inspection dates, the inspections are anticipated to take place over a two-week period from Monday 27th July to Friday 7th August (excluding Sunday 2 August). We expect to confirm the inspection dates in June (the week commencing 1 June), and will advise accordingly.
