Dear Candela Purchaser,
As previously detailed, there had previously been delays due to a power authority unable to connect power to Candela. The power has been connected, and the builder is now connecting the power to apartments.
As a result, the anticipated completion date is early October under the current construction programme.
With respect the purchaser pre-settlement inspection, the indicative inspection period is as follows. However, we are awaiting the builder to provide further updates when they are made available.
- Purchaser inspections for GF-L2 Apartments: Week commencing 24th of August
- Purchaser inspections for L3-L5 Apartments: Week commencing 14th of September
For the bank's valuation, this can occur during the purchaser inspection period. Kindly send through the following details, and the settlement team will then liase directly with the builder for bank valuer access.
