Dear Candela Community,
As we step into a new chapter of our journey, we are pleased to share the latest updates on the Candela Ivanhoe project.
Momentum continues to build, with construction now 51% complete!
We are excited to announce that we have officially passed the halfway mark, and the vision for this vibrant new community is becoming clearer each day. Major structural works are progressing smoothly, while the installation of essential services and interior preparations are laying the groundwork for the premium finishes that await.
Our dedicated project team and builders are committed to delivering exceptional quality at every stage of development. With their focus, Candela Ivanhoe is firmly on track to achieve its next milestones, bringing us closer to the goals we’ve envisioned.
Construction highlights as at 30 November 2025:
- Basement levels 1 - 3 blockwork complete, services rough-in and storage cages underway.
- Ground floor windows installed, framing complete, services rough-in complete and preparing for plaster sheeting
- Level 1 windows installed, framing complete, services rough-in underway
- Level 2 framing and services rough-in underway and preparing for window installation
- Level 3 formwork stripped and back propping removed. Framing set-out underway
- Levels 4, 5 and roof concrete pours complete.
- Structure is due to ‘top out’ by December 2025.
Forecast milestones for end of Q1 2026
- Basement levels 90% complete
- Ground Floor Apartment shellworks complete (, finishes 75% complete
- Level 1 Apartment shellworks complete, finishes 50% complete
- Level 2 shellworks complete, finishes 25% complete
- Level 3 shellworks complete, finishes commencing.
- Level 4 shellworks 75% complete
- Level 5 shellworks 50% complete
- Building façade complete and tower crane decommissioned
- Move in from October 2026!
