The wait is almost over.
At Candela Ivanhoe, your future home is rapidly coming to life, with construction progressing beautifully across every level of the development.
As of the end of April 2026, we are pleased to announce that 86.1% of construction work has now been completed.
Construction Progress Highlights:
Facade & External Works
- Aluminum windows and doors to the building facade are now complete.
- Balcony balustrades are 90% complete.
- External works to the street frontage are set to commence shortly.

Apartment Progressing Across All Levels:
- Ground Floor Apartments - Finishes 80% complete: Joinery, tiling, timber flooring, carpentry fixtures and services fit-off are nearing completion.
- Level 1 Apartments - Finishes 60% complete: Joinery, tiling, timber flooring and carpentry fixtures are well underway.
- Level 2 Apartments - Finishes 40% complete: Tiling and joinery are progressing strongly, with timber flooring now commencing.
- Level 3 Apartments - Finishes 20% complete: Joinery installation is underway, with waterproofing and carpentry fixtures complete and tiling progressing.
- Level 4 Apartments - Shellworks 100% complete: Apartment finishes ready to commence.
- Level 5 Apartments - Shellworks 80% complete: Walls and ceilings framed and sheeting with plasterboard.
- General notes: Shellworks refers to windows, framing, services rough-in, plaster sheeting and sealer coat paint.
