We are pleased to share the latest construction progress at Bright, with works continuing steadily on site.
Current Site Progress and Key Milestones:
- Suspended slab installation is nearing completion.
- Column installation is nearing completion.
- Dincel wall installation is nearing completion.
- Waterproofing is continuing.
- Services rough-in has commenced.
- Kingspan insulation installation has commenced.
- Second Floor slab and columns completed.
- Formwork and reinforcement for roof is in progress, getting ready for the roof slab pour.
- The formwork and reinforcement for the Second Floor columns and roof are in progress, getting ready for the roof slab pour.
Construction remains on track for estimated completion in early 2027. Please see the images below highlighting the recent site progress.
