Dear Bakehouse Terraces Community,
We are pleased to share that construction activity has now commenced on site at Bakehouse Terraces.
Recent Progress:
- Site establishment works are currently underway.
- Footing excavation has commenced as part of the initial construction phase.
- The project is preparing to transition into full construction activity following the Easter break.
At this stage, construction completion at Bakehouse Terraces is forecast for April 2027.
We will continue to keep you updated as works progress. In the meantime, please see the recent site photos below, which provide an early look at the construction works now underway at Bakehouse Terraces.
