Dear Bakehouse Terraces Community,
We are pleased to share that construction activity is progressing well on site at Bakehouse Terraces.
Key Milestones
- Ground floor services and structure is complete.
- Level 1 structure will be complete next week.
- Level 2 structure is to be completed by the end of July.
- Level 3 structure is to be completed by the end of August.
Long Leadtime Materials now Ordered:
- Passenger lifts
- Timber flooring.
- Tiles.
- Joinery.
- Plumbing fixtures.
- Light fittings.
At this stage, construction completion at Bakehouse Terraces is forecast for April 2027.
