We are delighted to bring you the latest construction update for the Baie development, showcasing the progress made on site.
Current Site Progress and Key Milestones
- The tiling of wet areas is in progress.
- Internal fences are being installed.
- Plastering and rendering is near completion.
- The tiling on the roof terraces and balconies has been completed.
- The lifts are now installed.
- Joinery is being installed on site.
- External works are in progress.
- Sewer works on street have been completed.
The estimated construction completion is Q2 2026. We look forward to keeping you updated as the project advances.
