We are delighted to bring you the latest construction update for the Baie development, showcasing the progress made on site.
Key Milestones
- Tiling of wet areas underway
- Internal fences are being installed
- Plastering and rendering near completion
- Tiling on roof terraces and balconies in progress
- Lifts are being installed
- Joinery in production. Delivery schedule for early to mid-January
- Hoarding removed, external works in progress
- Sewer works on street completed
The estimated construction completion is early 2026. We look forward to keeping you updated as the project advances.
