We are delighted to bring you the latest construction update for the Baie development, showcasing the progress made on site.
Key Milestones
- Tiling works in wet areas are underway.
- Plastering and rendering of the front units are nearing completion.
- Roof terrace tiling is currently in progress.
- Lift installation is underway.
- Joinery items are in production.
- Hoarding has been removed and external works are progressing.
The estimated construction completion is early 2026. We look forward to keeping you updated as the project advances.
