We are pleased to bring you the construction update for the Baie Brighton development, showcasing the progress made on-site.
- TH5, TH7, and TH8 have passed frame inspection and now have roofs, windows, and services rough-in completed
- TH5 plastering is complete, cladding is finished, and rendering is nearly done
- Frames for TH1 and TH3 are nearing completion
- Most units have windows installed on the Ground Floor and Level 1
