We are delighted to bring you the latest construction update for the Baie development, showcasing the progress made on site.
Key Milestones
- Tiling of wet areas in the rear units underway
- Plastering and rendering progressing on the front units
- Kitchen joinery prototype approved. Full production now underway
- Hoarding removed, preparing for external works
We’re encouraged by the momentum onsite and look forward to sharing further updates as the project moves confidently into the next phase.
