We are currently awaiting the issue of the Certificate of Compliance from the council. Once received, we will proceed immediately to lodge the plan of subdivision.

Settlement will follow shortly thereafter, in accordance with the terms of your contract.

Please be assured that the matter is progressing normally, with no issues on our side. Council processing times are proceeding as expected.

There is no cause for concern, and no action is required from you at this time. We will notify you promptly once we have further updates.
