Dear Audrey Auburn Community,
We are pleased to provide an update on the current construction progress at Audrey.
Recently Completed Milestones:
- Builder is conducting internal defect checks.
- Flooring installation near completion.
- Painting is nearing completion
- Metalwork installation is nearing completion
- Tiling is nearing completion
- Services fit off is nearing completion
- External works are continuing
At this stage, construction at Audrey is forecast to be completed by the end of April 2026, subject to final compliance sign-off from the relevant authorities in early May. Settlement is anticipated to take place in Q2 2026.
Please note that the anticipated timing above is subject to favorable conditions or unforeseen delays. We will continue to provide you with regular construction updates leading up to settlement.
We understand that the lead-up to settlement for off-the-plan purchasers may be confusing. There are many different parties involved and it is not always clear whom you should contact.
Please understand that an exact settlement date cannot be provided until the Plan of Subdivision has been registered and the Certificate of Occupancy achieved.

We are now at Phase 2 - Bank Valuation, and we have scheduled the valuations with the builder. Please find the details below.
Bank Valuation - 15th, 16th, and 17th April 2026
Please forward the booking link to your banker or notify our team to book a time slot for valuation.

Each selected session will allow 30 minutes to walk through the units to conduct a valuer’s inspection.
Skyward Projects team partners with Commonwealth Bank, ANZ Bank, Bank of Melbourne and leading mortgage brokers in Melbourne. If you do not require finance to settle your property, it is important that you advise us accordingly.
We will continue to keep you informed and provide further updates as we approach key project milestones.
