We’re delighted to update you on the settlement stage and share the latest on-site progress for the Audrey project.
We are approaching Stage 3 – Purchaser Final Inspection. Please visit the below link to book your 30-minute inspection time slot on 12, 13, or 14 May.
We are now at Phase 3 - Purchaser Final Inspection
At this stage, construction at Audrey is forecast to be completed by the early of May 2026, subject to final compliance sign-off from the relevant authorities in end of May. Settlement is anticipated to take place in June (Q2 2026)
Please note that the anticipated timing above is subject to favorable conditions or unforeseen delays. We will continue to provide you with regular construction updates leading up to settlement.
We understand that the lead-up to settlement for off-the-plan purchasers may be confusing. There are many different parties involved and it is not always clear whom you should contact.
Please understand that an exact settlement date cannot be provided until the Plan of Subdivision has been registered and the Certificate of Occupancy achieved.

Skyward Projects team partners with Commonwealth Bank, ANZ Bank, Bank of Melbourne and leading mortgage brokers in Melbourne. If you do not require finance to settle your property, it is important that you advise us accordingly.

Legal Matters
For any legal questions, please continue to work with your solicitor/conveyancer. It's essential they have a fully executed copy of your Contract of Sale.
Construction Updates
We are also pleased to provide an update on the current construction progress at Audrey:
- Builder undertaking internal defect inspections.
- Flooring installation is completed.
- Painting is completed with minor touch-ups ongoing.
- Metalwork installation is completed.
- Tiling is completed.
- External works in progress.
- Planter boxes and internal fences completed.
