Dear Ascot Quarter Community,
We are pleased to provide you with the latest construction update for Ascot Quarter.
Construction has continued to progress well, with the project advancing beyond the structural stage and into external completion and internal fit out works.
Works Completed:
- Steel fixing, structural framing and brickwork to the lower levels are complete.
- Floor joists and framing to Levels 1 and 2 are complete.
- Level 1 windows are installed.
- Skylights have been installed.
Currently Underway:
- Electrical and plumbing rough in is progressing across the upper levels.
- Air conditioning and exhaust duct rough in is continuing across the upper levels.
- External cladding and painting is progressing.
- Staircases are being installed.
- Waterproofing and tiling installation is progressing.
- Garage doors installation is progressing.
