We now have long awaited good news to share !
The final hurdle of approval of the construction finance in August, will see the site activated soon after.
Ascends builder, Firstcon, has been appointed and will be on-site October / November this year, with completion then forecast late 2025
Firstcon https://firstcon.com.au/ is currently completing, 1795 Malvern Rd, Glen Iris and will be carrying the same crew over to Ascend, so the process going forward should be seamless.
