Dear Ascend Community,
We’re pleased to share the latest construction progress at the Ascend Blackburn, with works continuing steadily on site:
- All structural steel works have been completed.
- Ground and first-floor timber framing are complete.
- Second-floor timber framing is in progress for townhouses TH8–TH14.
- Roof trusses have been delivered to site.
The estimated construction completion is about late 2026 We’ll continue to keep you updated as key milestones are reached.
