Dear Arteur Community,
We are writing to provide you with a project status update regarding Arteur.
Due to delays associated with finance procurement, the commencement of construction has been postponed.
CDG is currently working through this matter to ensure the project proceeds with greater certainty moving forward. To provide clarity and a firm position on the program, the vendor’s representative will contact each buyer directly within the next four weeks. This update will be provided no later than 9 March, at which time a confirmed construction update will be communicated.
We appreciate your patience and understanding and will continue to keep you informed as further information becomes available.
