Dear Argyle Purchaser,
Despite building progress being predominately on track for an anticipated Q3 completion , shipments of windows, frames and sub-sills only commenced arriving early this year . In May we became aware that the promised “backlog” of windows that had been previously promised had yet to be scheduled for shipment. The impact of construction is apparent to those who have driven past recently. Thankfully, after a concerted effort from the builder, they have just advised that the supply interruption issue has now been resolved, with a new shipment now confirmed.
As with most projects in the current environment, our project has also run into minor delays, such as the power authority providing the on-site substation. There is now to be a six – eight-week commissioning period to provision permanent power to the site, with the substation then due for completion early August.
We remain committed to expediting the work without compromising the final product, as the project now appears heading for an October completion with settlements then anticipated early to mid-November.
