Thank you for your patience. We are delighted to share that the project is in the last stage of fit-out.
Recently Completed Milestones
- Water supply and sewer to the building have been connected.
- Permanent power was connected to the building in mid-August.
- NBN ran cable into the building at the end of August.
- Gas assembly has been installed.
- Timber flooring and carpet flooring are completed.
What’s Next
- Communal garden construction is in progress, with block laying 80% complete.
- Car Lift #1 has been commissioned, and Car Lift #2 installation is in progress.
- Miele appliances are arriving early September for installation.
- The builder is progressing through corridor fit-out level by level.
As construction moves into its final phase, UPS Settlement has been appointed by developer to work with you in relation to the settlement of your apartment purchase.
Their objective is to provide an efficient and seamless settlement of your apartment. They will work with you, and in conjunction with the developer and the builder, to coordinate valuers, solicitors and other service providers to ensure your property settles smoothly.
