Thank you for your patience. We are delighted to share that the project is in the last stage of fit-out.
Recently Completed Milestones
- Apartment internal fit-out is 98% complete, full Miele appliances have been integrated.
- NBN boxes have been installed.
- Level 6 Communal Area has been landscaped, pergola installed, and the BBQ set has been ordered.
- Footpath around the building has been reconstructed to Council’s satisfactory.
- Fire Brigade Inspection has been applied, to sign-off the building for Fire Safety.
- Both Car lifts and roller doors have been installed.
What’s Next
- Apartment internal caulking and builder defecting.
- Ground Floor Entrance and Lobby finishes
- Painting and cleaning for external faces of the building through a Boom Lift.
- Fire Brigade inspection.
- Water meter installation by Yarra Valley Water.
- Testing and Commissioning.
As construction moves into its final phase, UPS Settlement has been appointed by developer to work with you in relation to the settlement of your apartment purchase.
Their objective is to provide an efficient and seamless settlement of your apartment. They will work with you, and in conjunction with the developer and the builder, to coordinate valuers, solicitors and other service providers to ensure your property settles smoothly.
