Dear Arcade Community,
We are pleased to provide an update on the current construction progress at Arcade.
Recently Completed Milestones
- Fire brigade sign-off received.
- Council Landscape department sign-off received.
- The builder is working on closing out the last remaining items for Occupancy Certificate.
- The builder is working through internal defecting process.
- Plan of Subdivision will be lodged to the Council for certification in mid-May, followed by Title Registration.
- Completion is now anticipated for June.
