We are pleased to bring you the construction update for the Arcade development, showcasing the progress made on-site.
Recently Completed Works:
- The building is now fully watertight
- Permanent power/water supply/sewerage have been connected
- Timber flooring completed
- Balcony waterproofing, tiles and balustrade completed
Current Works in Progress:
- Ground level glazing and canopy work in progress
- Skirting boarding installation in progress
- Carpet delivered and preparation work in progress
- Fixtures and Fittings installation in progress
- Joinery and stone installation 80% complete
- External slab edge polish in progress for tiling and painting
Upcoming Works:
- External painting and tiling
- Carpet installation
- Final coat of interior paint
- Lobby/corridor fit-out
As construction moves into its final phase, UPS Settlement has been appointed by developer to work with you in relation to the settlement of your townhouse purchase.
Their objective is to provide an efficient and seamless settlement of your apartment. They will work with you, and in conjunction with the developer and the builder, to coordinate valuers, solicitors and other service providers to ensure your property settles smoothly.
