We are pleased to share the latest construction update for Arcade, highlighting the exceptional progress unfolding on-site as we move closer to completion.
Recently Completed Milestones
- The building is now fully watertight
- Permanent power, water, and sewerage connections have been successfully established
- Timber flooring installation is complete
- Balconies have been waterproofed, tiled, and fitted with balustrades
- Works Currently Underway
- Glazing and canopy works at ground level
- Skirting board installation
- Carpet delivery and preparation
- Ongoing installation of fixtures and fittings
- Joinery and stonework now 80% complete
- External slab edge preparation for tiling and painting in progress
What’s Next
- External tiling and final coats of paint
- Carpet installation
- Completion of interior paint finishes
- Lobby and corridor fit-out
As Arcade moves into its final phase of construction, UPS Settlement has been formally appointed by the developer to guide you through the settlement of your townhome.
Their role is to ensure a seamless and coordinated settlement process, liaising closely with you, the developer, the builder, and all relevant stakeholders including valuers and solicitors.
