Gin 15mls Château du Breuil Calvados
15mls Amontillado Sherry
15mls Massenez Crème de Peche
10mls Filtered water
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake well.
If preparing in advance, store in the freezer.
To serve, strain into a chilled glass with a twist of lemon.
