Ingredients
· 30mL sweet vermouth
· 30mL Campari
· 60mL prosecco or spumante
· 1 slice orange to garnish
Method
1. Fill a spritz, flute, wine or rocks glass with ice
2. Pour in sweet vermouth and Campari, then give it a brief stir
3. Top with prosecco and stir again
4. Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy!
